One single room with private bathroom available for rent in a three bedroom 110 m² apartment. You will be sharing this exterior home with the landlords, a family with a 29 year old son and their cute dog. Shared amenities include a spacious kitchen, a laundry room, a living area and a lovely balcony with street views. The apartment is located on Rocafort street, in the neighborhood of L’Eixample Esquerra, close to Pl. Espanya, one of Barcelona's most important squares and a major transport hub. This room can be rented by females only, and is ideal for girls wanting to live within a secure family environment.

What we liked the most

  • There is a fully equipped bathroom which will be used only by the tenant renting the bedroom.
  • You are welcome to use the kitchen, which the owners have equipped really well with a fantastic selection of cooking utensils. Appliances provided include a stove, an oven, a microwave and a fridge.
  • There is a laundry room where you will find the washing machine, a dryer, cleaning equipment and an ironing board.
  • You will have your own TV in the bedroom, but there are also TVs in the kitchen and the living area.
  • There are three dining tables in the house, one in the living area, one in the kitchen and an outdoor set in the balcony.

Things to keep in mind

  • The bedroom is interior and only has a window overlooking the laundry room.

A short two minute walk will take you to metro station Rocafort (L1), and a bus stop for lines 50, H12, L94, L95, N1, N2, N13, N14, N15, N16 and N17. Train station Barcelona La Sagrera Meridiana (lines R4 and R5) is approximately five minutes from the apartment, or alternatively Pl. Espanya is about 10 minutes away.
