Rooms are available to rent in a five bedroom apartment with two bathrooms in l'Eixample Esquerra. The property is bright and quite modern. Shared areas include a living area with a large balcony, and a spacious kitchen with lots of fridge space, a gas stove, and a washing machine.
The apartment is an unbeatable location overlooking Parc Joan Miró. It is just around the corner from Plaça d'Espanya and within walking distance of the main University of Barcelona campus, Montjuïc park, and much of the city centre. The surrounding area is full of excellent bars and restaurants and Arenas shopping centre.
What we liked the most
- The terrace has stunning views of Joan Miró park and the city of Barcelona.
- The apartment is modern and bright.
- The kitchen has plenty of fridge space for all tenants.
- Plaça d'Espanya, one of the city's main transport hubs, is just around the corner (you can see it from the balcony).
