There is a bright and cozy room available to rent in this 3-bedroom apartment shared with the live-in landlord. The 90 m² property receives plenty of natural light and has plenty of cozy common areas with a sun room, dining room, and large living room. The kitchen is compact but equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, and stove.

Sarrià is on the outskirts of the city center but is only 20 minutes away. The area is known for having a small-town charm but is considered upscale. There are cute boutiques for shopping and beautiful stone buildings. On Carrer de les Tres Torres, you are near this posh area and are surrounded by public transport.

What we liked the most

  • There are AC units to keep you cool during summer.
  • The kitchen is compact but fully equipped.
  • Bedroom 1 has a balcony.
  • With 2 living rooms, there is plenty of space to relax.
