If you are looking for a modern apartment within walking distance of the beach, this apartment is for you! The 4-bedroom apartment has rooms available to rent ideal for 1 or 2 people. All the rooms are fully furnished and have exterior views keeping them bright and fresh. You will be sharing the apartment with the live-in landlady who has created cozy and well-decorated common areas. There is wood flooring throughout, a fully equipped kitchen, and modern amenities.
On Carrer de la Selva de Mar, not only do you have beautiful balcony views, but you are in a great location! The lovely Platja de Llevant beach is less than a 10-minute walk away, which means laying out on the beach can easily become part of your daily routine. When you want to switch it up, you can cross the street to Parc de Diagonal Mar to lay in the grass. Although you may not want to leave your neighborhood, when you have to you are well-connected by bus, tram, and Metro.
