There are rooms for rent in this furnished 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment with a live-in landlady in El Born. With a generous 80 m² footprint on Carrer de Colomines, this apartment has a kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator and an oven, as well as a large living room with a TV and sofa.

The Santa Caterina Market is just around the corner, as is a supermarket and several restaurants. The Museu Picasso de Barcelona and Basilica of Santa Maria del Mar are both within a 5-minute walk, whie the Plaça de Catalunya is just over a 10-minute walk away.

What we liked the most

  • The large living area is a great space to relax with the landlady.
  • The apartment is close to public transport.
  • There is a balcony which can be accessed from the living room.
  • The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
  • Universitat de Barcelona is within a 20-minute walk.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is only one shared bathroom which has a toilet, sink and shower over bath.
  • The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator.
