There are rooms to rent in this welcoming and stylish 4-bedroom apartment. The property has a live-in landlady and therefore feels like home!

The living room comes fully furnished with a set of comfy sofas, television, book case, dining table and chairs, a coffee table - and still plenty of floor space! The kitchen is equally adept, with an oven, stove, washing machine, microwave, a large fridge and freezer and plenty of storage and counter space.

The property also has 2 bathrooms to share between tenants. Bathroom 1 has a toilet, sink and a bath/shower, and bathroom 2 has a toilet and sink.

Eixample is a popular neighbourhood when it comes to food and drinks - and you'll find yourself spoiled for choice come Friday night. There are a huge selection of bars and restaurants within a short walking distance of the property, so enjoy!
