This stylish 2-bedroom apartment on Carrer Bernat Bransi, in Gràcia has a furnished room to rent. The bright 110 m² property has a beautiful terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, and 1 bathroom. Stylish furnishings throughout create a lovely living space, and heating and A/C helps maintain a pleasant indoor climate.

The apartment is located in Gràcia, a charming neighbourhood that feels a little like a town within a town. Bars, boutiques and restaurants pepper the pedestrian streets, making this spot a favourite for locals. Public transport is never too far away, so getting into the city centre is a breeze.

What we liked the most

  • Gràcia is a vibrant and unique neighbourhood to base yourself in Barcelona.
  • There is a lovely sheltered terrace with outdoor furniture.
  • The apartment is equipped with heating and air conditioning.
  • The kitchen is well equipped and has plenty of bench space to cook.

Things to keep in mind

  • At the time of our visit the elevator was being serviced and was not operational. This should be remedied before the new tenant moves in.
  • The bedroom only has a small window, however it gets plenty of natural light.
