The rooms available for rent are all quite spacious with high ceilings, big door, and private balconies. The largest common area is the fully equipped kitchen which has an attached dining room, creating a warm and cozy place to dine with your roommates or entertain. There is also a separate living room that comes with a couch, television, and also opens up onto a balcony.
Located on Carrer de Cervantes, this apartment is in the heart of the historical Barri Gòtic. The beautiful building is on one of the centers many narrow streets. You are surrounded by other residential buildings but have plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants just minutes away. You are also a few minutes' walk to the famous Las Ramblas which is always buzzing with people and street performers.
