There are rooms for rent in this modern 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment with live-in landlord on Carrer de Sants in Sants. With a generous 120 m² footprint, which includes a kitchen with an oven, 4-burner stove and rangehood, as well as a bright living room with balcony access, this apartment has everything you need to move right in.

There are plenty of shops around this apartment, including a supermarket and pharmacy, as well as plenty of restaurants and cafes. The Parc de l'Espanya Industrial is only a 10-minute walk away, while the Camp Nou stadium is a 20-minute walk away, so there is plenty to do on your days off.

What we liked the most

  • The large living room is a great space to relax with your flatmates.
  • The apartment is close to public transport.
  • Each room has a large window to let in lots of natural light.
  • The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
  • INEFC Barcelona campus is only a half-hour away.

Things to keep in mind

  • Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
  • There is no heating in this apartment.
