Located in the central L'Esquerra de l'Eixample district is this 6th floor, 7-bedroom apartment with spacious rooms available to rent. With an area of 200 m², all the rooms are quite spacious, furnished with a double bed and plenty of storage space. The main shared areas are the huge and fully equipped kitchen and the entrance hall that is furnished with a couch and a dining table. You can choose from bother interior and exterior rooms and will have your choice between 3 bathrooms.
L'Esquerra de l'Eixample is a popular and bustling neighborhood whose streets are lined with trendy venues and are always full of people. On Carrer de Mutaner, the apartment is perfect if you love to have everything within walking distance. Just seconds from your door youhave tons of restaurants and bars, and other basic amenities such as banks and grocery stores. You are also well-connected to the rest of the city by bus and metro.
