There are rooms to rent in this beautifully decorated and bright 3-bedroom apartment on Carrer de Lepant, in Horta Guinardo. The fully furnished property covers an area of 70 m² and has an open plan kitchen and living area with a TV and dining table.

The apartment is in a great location, about a 10-minute walk to the La Sagrada Familia, and near the Nursing University as well as the Hospital Sant Pau. The lively and historic Centro and Gracia neighborhoods are also close by, as well as the María Cristina University. You have plenty of amenities right outside your door including shops, restaurants, banks, a gym, a cinema, grocery stores, and a 24-hour gym. You are also very well-connected to the city by bus and metro.
