A room is available for rent in a charming and spacious apartment in Sarrià-Sant Gervasi, Barcelona. You will be sharing the apartment with the live-in landlady, who is in her thirties and enjoys sports and yoga. the common areas are the living room, which opens up onto a balcony, the kitchen, the bathroom, and the laundry room. The living room is large and has a dining table and chairs that can seat up to 4 people. There is also a window which takes up a whole wall, letting in floods of natural light to the room. There is also a balcony which looks out onto the street. There is a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, a microwave, and a 4-burner stove, as well as plenty of storage space. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine, and a bathroom with both a bathtub and shower, a sink, a toilet, and a bidet. The bedroom itself has a beautiful and large built-in wardrobe, a double bed, a nightstand, and a heating unit.
The local area is residential and has a grocery store on the same road, as well as a nearby pharmacy. Les Très Torres train station is under a 2-minute walk away and can take you elsewhere in Barcelona.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is large and beautifully decorated.
- The living room has a window instead of a wall, giving you a view of the whole street!
- There is a TV in the living room for you to use.
- The apartment is right beside the local train station.
