Superb location for this stylish 4-bedroom apartment which is a short stroll to the incredible Sagrada Familia and 12 minutes to the city centre. The apartment is very light and bright with colourful walls and lovely wooden floors. There's a spacious living room which is separated from the kitchen area by an impressive wooden breakfast bar. The living area has a sofa, table and TV for hanging out with your flat-mates while the kitchen is well equipped with a microwave, stove, fridge-freezer and lots of cupboard space. One of the bedrooms has its own bathroom which means the other bathroom is shared between 3 rooms. It has a bright, modern feel and is in the perfect location for exploring Barcelona's amazing landmarks.

Gracia is a bustling neighbourhood but it has plenty of green space to enjoy the peace and quiet, such as the Parc de les Aigues which is 3 minutes from the apartment or the pretty Jardins del Princep de Girona, also 3 minutes away. The apartment is 2 minutes from the busy Ronda del Guinardo with lots of shops, restaurants and public transport links. You're also 3 minutes from a gorgeous bakery and cafe to stock up on delicious pastries and cakes or to grab a coffee. It's about a 15-minute walk to the Sagrada Familia or 10 minutes by metro into the bustling city centre.
