This large 6-bedroom home has abundant space. The large kitchen is a separate area, equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals. It has a very spacious living room with a sofa, chairs, a television and a dining table. There is a line outside the living room window, as well as a rack where you can hang your clothes to dry.

This apartment is in a very nice area with many attractive features, such as the Casa Milà, which is a historic art nouveau period building. The Conservatori Municipal de Música de Barcelona is also just a couple of minutes away on foot, as are the Parròquia de la Puríssima Concepció and the Mar de Cava art gallery. There are restaurants, hair salons, shopping and grocery stores all within just a few minutes walking of this apartment.

What we liked the most

  • The large kitchen is extremely convenient, with plenty of space to cook and eat. There is even a dishwasher.
  • This is an amazing area to live in, with plenty of amenities and beautiful sites all right within walking distance!
  • You can see a piece of history any day of the week with Antoni Gaudí's unfinished church just a 15-minute walk from your front door!

Things to keep in mind

  • This apartment is on the 3rd floor and has no elevator.
