This huge 6-bedroom apartment located in Barcelona's El Raval district is a beautiful industrial-style home with modern and cozy rooms available to rent. The 140 m² apartment has beautiful exposed brick throughout and high ceilings with wooden beams. All the rooms come with a double bed, desk, and AC ready to provide you a comfortable stay. There is an open-layout kitchen and living room with a couch, dining table, and large flat-screen TV, but the best place to gather with friends or other roommates is out on the spacious terrace.

On Carrer de Joaquín Costa you are in the middle of all the action. One street over you have the Museu d'Art Contemporani de Barcelona, down the street you have a theater, and a short walk in any direction leads you to an endless number of bars and restaurants. If you are planning to study or work at the Unviersitat de Barcelona, you luckily only a 4-minute walk away. El Raval is charming, it is exciting, and it is waiting for you.
