In the heart of L’Esquerra de l’Eixample, this 6-bedroom apartment has rooms available to students. All the rooms come furnished with the basics: a bed, desk, and wardrobe. There are both exterior and interior room, but even the interior rooms feel bright. The 120 m² apartment has an open and spacious kitchen with a glass dining table, making it a great area to chat with your roommates. There is also a cozy living room and 2 full bathroom to share.
The apartment is located on the busy Carrer d'Aragó. On the 5th floor, you are away from the hustle and bustle but have everything you can imagine at your fingertips. Think shopping, food, museums – and even jazz! This is the perfect student apartment located only 10 minutes away from the Universitat de Barcelona.
What we liked the most
- Bedroom 1 and 2 have a private balcony.
- Stay cool during summer with the AC in the common areas.
- Avoid dish disputes by using the washing machine.
- All the bedrooms come with their own private key.
- Love to eat? Brunch, tapas, cake – all less than 5 minutes away.
- Plaza de Catalunya is only 5 minutes away and is always buzzing with people for seasonal events or markets.
