This 3-bedroom apartment in La Sagrera is occupied by the live-in landlady and opens out onto a lovely terrace. The 65 m² property is equipped with central heating, AC and offers an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, living room and 1 bathroom.

The apartment is located in a tranquil and green neighbourhood that is well connected to the rest of the city. You will find shops, restaurants and other amenities nearby, including 2 supermarkets within walking distance.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment has been recently renovated.
  • The bathroom is modern and fully tiled.
  • The kitchen also offers a dining table.
  • The terrace is huge and has beautiful pot plants, an outdoor table and chairs.
  • Serra de Collserola Natural Park is a short drive away.

Things to keep in mind

  • There was no sofa in the living area at the time of our visit, but the landlady is planning to get one.
  • There is a small dog in the apartment, but the landlady takes it to work with her.
