This 85 m², 5-bedroom apartment has rooms available to rent in the L'Eixample neighborhood near the Universitat de Barcelona. Most of the bedrooms are on the opposite side of the common areas making sure you get enough privacy. The kitchen is very large and comes fully equipped with cooking and cleaning appliances. The living room is quite cozy and opens up to balcony, which allows for plenty of natural light. There is 1 full bathroom to share.

L'Eixample Esquerra is the perfect neighborhood for students or professionals. You have the Universitat de Barcelona nearby as wall as a shopping area with stores such as Zara and H&M. There are also many bars, grocery stores, and even a theater less than 10 minutes away.

Things to keep in mind
