This stylish 4-bedroom apartment has rooms to rent to women only and is located on a building with a swimming pool on Carrer d'August Font. The apartment covers 240 m² and is also occupied by the landlady and her two sons. There are three bathrooms. The rooms have access to a lovely private terrace and there is a fully equipped shared kitchen with a small private refrigerator.
Sarria-Sant-Gervasi is a luxurious neighborhood with good access to other parts of the city. Located at the foot of the Collserola mountains, this apartment is ideal for those who like to stay close to nature!
