Spotahome's opinion

A room is available to rent in this lovely 2-bedroom apartment shared with the live-in landlord and his gorgeous dog, Patras. The apartment has a large kitchen with lots of space for food preparation and storage, and a gas oven and stove, plus a double sink. There is also a washing machine and dryer. The living room is large and bright, and has a dining table that can seat 4, a huge, very comfortable looking sofa, and a big flatscreen TV.

The apartment is in a very nice area of the city, surrounded by loads of restaurants, bars, cafe, and tabernas, and with plenty of shopping nearby. There is a grocery store just across the street, and Provença station is just a few minute's walk. This room would be ideal for students also, as UPC Universitària d'Enginyeria Tècnica is just a 7-minute walk away.

What we liked the most

  • Patras! He is the cutest!
  • The apartment is very nice, tastefully decorated, and with everything you need for a comfortable stay there.
  • Students will find the location ideal.
  • There are loads of restaurants and shops nearby, so you don't need to go far for the essentials, or for a nice meal out.
