The property is spacious, with 2 floors, and has a lovely terrace and a fireplace. Both rooms for rent are large and bright, and they have plenty of storage space. The kitchen is also big, and it has a microwave, an oven, a stove, a toaster, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a small breakfast nook. The bathroom is small but practical, and it has storage space in it. The terrace is enormous and full of plants and greenery, and it has a large table with chairs and excellent views of Montjuïc and the Barcelona skyline.

L'Eixample Esquerra is one of Barcelona's most central and popular neighborhoods. Home to Gaudí's iconic Casa Batlló, L'Eixample is a cultural hot-spot that is also well-connected by public transportation. Full of excellent shops, restaurants, bars, and events, there is always something to see and do in L'Eixample Esquerra.
