This 120 m², 4-bedroom apartment has rooms for rent with their own private balcony. The apartment is very big and is divided into 2 main corridors, separating the bedrooms from the shared areas. This means no street noise and more privacy in the bedroom area. The kitchen comes fully equipped and has plenty of storage space. The living room also acts as a dining room area and opens up to the property's 2nd balcony. There is 1 full bathroom and 1 toilet room to share.

The apartment is located in the neighborhood of L'Eixample Esquerra. This is a very convenient location, near the port and the old city center. The apartment has 2 metro stations just a 5-minute walk away.
