The apartment has a living area with sofas and a TV, which also has access to the balcony with views along the Avinguda. The apartment has a bathroom with a shower, washbasin, bidet, and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven and a dishwasher.

This is a fantastic area of the city in which to live - for shopping and dining you need only step out of your front door: the Avinguda and nearby streets are lined with shops and restaurants of all varieties. Just a couple of minutes' walk away is the Plaça de Gaudi, a small but lovely plaza where you can sit in the shadow of the magnificent Sagrada Familia, the Gaudí-designed church.
