This 152 m² apartment shared with the live-in landlady has a room for rent. The apartment is extremely spacious with 2 separate wings. Although the bedroom does not face the street it receives plenty of natural light from the interior patio. The property provides a modern yet traditional decor, with traditional floor tiles matched to bright blue walls and modern amenities. The living room has access to a balcony and comes furnished with a sofa, dining room table, and TV.

The neighbourhood of L’Eixample Dreta is an extremely central location surrounded by incredible Modernist Catalan architecture. Only minutes away from Tetuan Square, the apartment is well connected by bus and metro services. Apart from the beautiful traditional buildings, you will find everything you need here thanks to the many shops in the surrounding areas.

What we liked the most

  • The large kitchen comes equipped with a washing machine, microwave, oven, and 2 sinks.
  • The living room is a large common area and has a balcony facing the street.
  • The apartment is well decorated, providing a mix of traditional floor tiles and bright blue walls.
