This 70m2 apartment, with rooms for rent, is extremely spacious and is completely renovated. The apartment has polished wooden flooring, a fully equipped kitchen with wooden counter tops, a luxury bathroom, and a Smart TV. The bedrooms come fully furnished and are a decent size, but the best part about this apartment is the open kitchen/dining area which is great for entertaining guests.
Located in El Raval, this apartment is near Las Ramblas and between 2 popular Barcelona markets, El Mercat de Sant Josep (better known as La Boquería) and El Mercat de Sant Antoni. Although in a very central location, it is very well-connected to the rest of the city by public transport. For nature lovers, there are two parks Jardins de Sant Pau del Camp and Jardins de les Tres Xemeneies less than 1 10-minute walk from the apartment.
