Prices person/month and include: accommodation, fixed telephone quota, computer connection with Internet access, TV antenna, satellite receiver, use of common areas and VAT (10%). The only additional expenses are the consumptions as regards water (16 €/month), electricity (34.50 €/month to be regularised at the end of the stay according to the actual consumption of the room) along with the telephone calls, which will be paid for separately.The following services may be hired for an additional cost: Weekly room cleaning service (kitchen excluded) and weekly sheet and towel delivery service. The residence is available for July and August.

Spotahome's opinion

This Residence Hall was inaugurated in the year 2001. It has 270 places in total and has various facilities designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Facilities provided by the residence include a cyber corner with internet access, leisure room, fitness room, and much more! The dorm is located in the center of Barcelona, right by the Parc de la Ciutadella and a minute away from the Ciutadella Campus of the University of Pompeu Fabra. Residents will have easy access to the beach, historical center, green spaces, and everything else that Barcelona has to offer! The modern residence hall is perfectly tailored for students to excel in their studies while having a social environment: complete with private and common study rooms, leisure rooms with foosball tables, and TV and DVD rooms, residents will have an ideal environment in which to focus on school and make friends! Every room has an ensuite bathroom and a small kitchen, providing residents with independence, privacy, and comfort.

What we liked the most

  • There is a vending machine with food and drinks for when residents want a quick snack.
  • Customer service hours are from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 8 pm (from September to June). There will always be somebody at reception to help you.
  • There is a handy lending service where you can borrow irons, ironing boards, vacuum cleaners, laptops, and board games.
  • There are single and double rooms, so tenants can choose their room types depending on the level of privacy they desire.
  • There are various common areas: study room, leisure room, dining area, outdoor terrace, and TV and DVD room.
  • The residence hall has a completely equipped gym with weights and machines, so tenants can stay fit!

  • Maintenance hours is from 9:00 to 13:00 and 15:00 to 19:00.

How to book
