At 65 sqm, this cozy but modern 1-bedroom apartment, for up to 2 people is ideal for those wanting to live in beautiful Barcelona. It is located on Carrer d'Ataülf, in the famous and historic Barri Gotic. You will be within walking distance of public transport, the beach, shopping, restaurants, and the famous Las Ramblas. The apartment has a clean design, with high ceilings and parquet floors throughout. The living space features a wonderful open floor plan that combines the living and dining area with an American style kitchen. This kitchen is new and fully equipped with an oven, double stove top, and washer. Around a corner you will find the beautiful, sunny bedroom and modern bathroom with a large and luxurious shower.

What we liked the most

  • There are three beautiful balconies, and the floor to ceiling windows fill the space with light.
