Situated on Carrer del Pi, this property is in the centre of one of Barcelona's most historic areas which is full of quirky and traditional bars and restaurants. Recently renovated, the interior of the flat is furnished with state-of-the-art appliances, especially in the modern kitchen. The apartment boasts a comfortable living room with a sofa-bed and a flat-screen TV. The master bedroom features a double bed tucked into an alcove, with a large storage unit and a window that looks onto the historic street below. The bathroom features elegantly designed facilities and a large shower. Tenants can walk 3 minutes to reach Liceu, the nearest metro station.
