This luxury 3 bedroom apartment is beautifully furnished and decorated. Located in a classic renovated building, it has high ceilings and parquet floors. The apartment offers every modern amenity, while maintaining certain original elements such as the exposed brick wall in the living room. The living room has a flatscreen television and big comfortable sofa, and the floor to ceiling windows fill the room with light. The third bedroom, located just off of the living room, is currently furnished as a home office, with a sofa that pulls out to a single bed. The master bedroom features a large walk in closet with plenty of storage space. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find a dishwasher, oven, electric stove top, and breakfast bar that separates it from the dining room. From here doors lead into a laundry room with a washing machine and out onto the large terrace. Carrer del Consell de Cent is conveniently located close to public transportation, several universities, shopping, and parks.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is impeccably decorated with beautiful artwork and one of a kind pieces.
  • We love the unique touches like the exposed brick wall and wood beam ceiling, which really give the apartment character.
