This apartment is on the 15th floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator. There is a single electric heater and natural gas for water heating. You can dry your clothes on a rack inside the apartment or a line over the patio. Utilities are included in the rent, however there is a 150€ limit.

Spotahome's opinion

This large and fully furnished apartment in Sant Martí offers fantastic views and would be ideal for a family or group of friends. It features three bedrooms with plenty of natural light and a bathroom with a bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove and oven, as well as a separate laundry room with a washing machine. The spacious living room has a dining table, entertainment unit, and big comfortable couch. Sliding glass doors fill this room with sunlight and lead out onto the balcony, with a sweeping panoramic view of Barcelona. Carrer de Huelva is conveniently located close to public transportation, supermarkets, and a park.

What we liked the most

  • The fantastic view of Barcelona from the balcony is unbeatable.
  • We love the big, bright living room and its comfortable sofa.
  • Sant Martí has every amenity and is very well connected to the city center. The metro stops just in front of the apartment.
  • The separate laundry room is convenient, out of the way, and good for storage.

  • This apartment requires one months rent as a deposit, and the bills for utilities have a monthly limit of 150€.
