Spotahome presents a renovated and modern two bedroom, one bathroom apartment situated on Carrer de Joan d'Àustria. This apartment is available for rent in its entirety and located in the popular neighborhood of Villa Olímpica. Bedroom 1 is furnished with nice bunk beds, standalone wardrobe and has access to the balcony. Bedroom 2 is furnished in a similar fashion, however has a double bed, large standalone wardrobe and also has access to the balcony. The kitchen has every amenity one would need in order to make a delicious Spanish meal. The apartment also has a washing machine and dryer, a nice amenity not often found in Barcelona. The floor area of the flat is 75m2.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is about a 10 minute walk to the beach.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a great stove-top, dishwasher, large refrigerator, and oven.
  • Both bedroom 1 and 2 have access to the nice balcony.
  • The apartment has central air conditioning and heat, ensuring comfort all year round.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is one bathroom that is shared between the bedrooms, however it is quite spacious.
