This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury apartment is ideal for couples, professionals or families. The exterior apartment boasts an enormous balcony overlooking the city and is located in El Born, the historical and lively barrio of Barcelona. The apartment is well connected to the Barcelona metro system and is located just 5 minutes from the Parque de la Ciutadella, 10 minutes from the famous Las Ramblas street and 15 minutes walk from the beach. Tenants can enjoy the luminous and well designed living spaces as well as the smartly designed bedrooms. The apartment is equipped with a fully furnished kitchen, a large TV, an oven and plenty of seating and storage space.

What we liked the most

  • The huge balcony overlooking the Passeig d'Isabel and beyond offers a tremendous view of the city.
  • There is plenty of dining and seating areas in the large living room.
  • Despite being located in the historical neighborhood of El Born, tenants won't need to worry about noise as the windows shut most of it out.
  • All the bills are included in the price.
  • The WiFi has already been activated and installed.
  • The entire apartment is cleaned once a week and these bills are included in the price.
  • Bedroom 2 & 3 have AC installed and bedroom 2 has an ensuite.

Things to keep in mind

  • All bedrooms have two twin beds rather than double beds, however there is enough space in bedroom 1 & 2 to push the beds together.
  • Bedroom 3 is the smallest, but despite its size there is a large cupboard for additional storage space.
