A recently renovated 2 bedroom apartment is for rent in central Barcelona. This modern and comfortable flat is located on Carrer de Casanova, within a 5 minute walk to both Avenida Diagonal and Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes. The Polytechnic University of Barcelona and several campuses of the University of Barcelona (Medicine, Mathematics, Hispanic Studies) are within walking distance. This 72 sqm exterior flat offers 1 bathroom, a full kitchen and a sunny living area with a TV and dining table.

What we liked the most

  • The living area is truly gorgeous, being bright, airy and very spacious. This room is equipped with minimal furniture, leaving plenty of space to move around.
  • The renovated apartment comes with a flat screen TV, a washing machine and Wi-Fi.
  • Bedroom 1 is furnished with a single bed, a desk and a wardrobe.
  • Bedroom 2 has a double bed, a chest of drawers and a built-in wardrobe.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped, and also has a practical dishwasher.
  • The bathroom is modern and has fully tiled walls and floors.

Things to keep in mind

  • Only the living area is exterior; the rest of the house is interior, but all rooms (including the kitchen and bathroom) have windows overlooking a light well.
