You can dry your clothes on an individual rack located on the inside of the floor. The minimum lease for this apartment is 30 days (1 month). From September 2015 to March 2016, the rental price for this apartment is 1700€ per month with 200€ limit on utility bills.

This property is a beautiful and modern 3 bedroom loft located on Carrer Pamplona in the Poblenou neighborhoood of Barcelona. The 130m2 apartment is very open and spacious and consists of 2 levels. The building is very new and has a modern style that is reflected in the flat itself: the kitchen and living room, located on the bottom floor, are extremely spacious and have huge windows that create a relaxing atmosphere. Being a loft, the apartment has very high ceilings, and the two bedrooms on the upper level look down on the common areas via a lit glass walkway. All in all, this 3 bedroom loft is a modern property from the building in which it sits to its decoration and the unique design is reminiscent of the hip, up and coming warehouse-style flats. This apartment would be perfect for young professionals or students who want to live in a "different" apartment yet have all the comforts of a traditional home!

What we liked the most

  • The living room has a table with 6 chairs, so it would be very easy to have enough sitting space if you are entertaining friends over for dinner!
  • The property has a wide sofa and a television which is the perfect spot to relax after a long day at work or in class.
  • There are bathrooms on both the first and the second floor.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is a dance club located on the ground floor of the building, so there will be acoustic noise on the weekends.
  • The bedroom on the bottom floor can be used as part of the living room.
  • In order to reach the second bedroom, you must walk through the first one and the upstairs bathroom.
