A brand new one bedroom apartment with one bathroom, with a floor area of 50 sqm. This modern exterior apartment offers a clean and crisp living space. From the bright and ample rooms, to the stylish decorations and quality fittings, right through to the added comfort of having central heating and air-conditioning, this home truly scores high when it comes to your list of must-haves! And to top it all off, this apartment enjoys of a fantastic central location on Marimon street, in the neighborhood of Sarrià-Sant Gervasi, very close to Avenida Diagonal, one of Barcelona's broadest and most important avenues.

What we liked the most

  • The stylish kitchen is exquisitely presented in white. The fridge, the dishwasher and the washing machine are tidily stored behind cabinet doors.
  • The living area is spacious and bright, with natural light filtering in through the full length doors providing access to the balcony.
  • There is a spare single bed located by the living area, ideal for visiting friends or could be used as a quiet space to chill with a book.
  • The bathroom can be accessed from both the bedroom and the living area, and has a door separating the sink from the toilet and shower.
  • There is a terrace located on the top floor of the building.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is no TV in the apartment.
