This apartment is located on the ground floor of a building which isn't equipped with an elevator. It has central cold air-conditioning, natural gas heaters and natural gas water heating. The minimum lease for this apartment is 30 days (1 month). You can dry your washing using a rack in the garden. There is parking space available.

Entering this sleek apartment is like stepping into the pages of a home design magazine. This luxurious home spreads out over two floors and is designed to impress even the most discerning guests. There is a toilet and a huge open plan kitchen and living area downstairs, and three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs (one of them ensuite). The nicest feature of this home has to be the fantastic outdoor area, featuring a landscaped garden, a table with chairs and an umbrella, and a private swimming pool. This fabulous duplex is located on Prats de Mollo, a beautiful residential street in the wealthy neighborhood of Sarrià-Sant Gervasi. Even though this is considered one of the quieter areas of Barcelona, there is still plenty to do, with many unique bars and local eateries to discover.

What we liked the most

  • The master bedroom is sunny and spacious, and has its own ensuite bathroom.
  • The other two bedrooms are equipped with single beds with roll-out beds underneath.
  • Pets are allowed, so you can bring your dog to enjoy of the garden.
  • This apartment is perfect for people who love to entertain, as it offers plenty of options:
  • You can have a meal in the sunny garden followed by a dip in the pool.
  • As the sun goes down, you can step inside and make use of the four double sofas in the living area for some drinks and nibbles.
  • There is also a long dining table with ten chairs for a more formal sit-down meal.

Things to keep in mind

  • The kitchen is located up a gentle slope. It is nicely presented with white cabinets, and superbly equipped. We love the touch of the retro style fridge.
  • Both single rooms are interior but have nice views. Bedroom two overlooks the garden, and bedroom three has full length glassed doors leading into a communal patio.

How to book
