In this quiet interior home you will find 1 bathroom, a living area and a fantastic kitchen equipped with brand-new appliances, including an oven, a dishwasher and a microwave. Other equipment provided includes a washing machine, good storage and electric heating, ticking all the boxes for must-have amenities.

This practical home is situated on Carrer de la Marina, in the neighborhood of Gràcia. A 4-minute walk will take you to the Sagrada Familia and the Plaça de Gaudí, and Avenida Diagonal, one of the most important thoroughfares in the city, is only 10 minutes away.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is located on a bustling street in central Barcelona, but being interior it avoids much of the street noise.
  • There is AC in the living room and bedroom.
  • It offers a pleasant private patio where you can dry your washing or even grow some plants.
  • The big flat screen TV will be a perfect excuse to invite friends over to watch a football game or a movie.
  • There is a handy bench with some stools in the kitchen, ideal for having breakfast in the morning, and you will find an elegant glass table with four chairs in the living area for a more formal dining situation.
  • At the back of the kitchen there is a desk with some shelving and a reading lamp, making it a great corner for studying or could be used as a home office.

Things to keep in mind

  • The fridge is located a bit further away from the kitchen, by the dining table.
  • The sofa in the living area can be converted into a bed, perfect for hosting visiting friends or family.
