This 2-room, 45 sqm apartment with 1 bathroom is modern and full of personality. It features a top-quality kitchen with a great selection of stainless steel appliances. Room 2 does not have a door and may not be suitable as a bedroom, but it is an ideal spot for guests, a workspace, or a study.

This flat enjoys a fantastic location in Boters street, in the captivating Barri Gòtic, 50m away from the Cathedral and with great access to public transport.

What we liked the most

  • The large open plan kitchen and living area is a cozy room where you can spend many lazy afternoons watching TV or reading a book in the comfy sofa. If you enjoy cooking, you will fall in love with the comfortable and very well equipped kitchen.
  • The apartment is oozing with character, located in an antique building which has been tastefully restored. We particularly love the high ceilings, large windows and polished wooden floors.
  • There is a really nice balcony in the living area overlooking the street.

Things to keep in mind

  • The landlord has several apartments in this building, and this is one of two identical two bedroom apartments available for rent.
  • The bathroom is accessed through bedroom 1.
  • Room 2 does not have a door and is an open space.
