This lovely bright two-bedroom, one-bathroom, 50 square meter apartment is just seconds from Joanic metro in Gracia. It's a 9th-floor attic with an elevator and a gorgeous balcony.

What we liked the most

  • sunny living room
  • large balcony with chairs and table
  • lovely furnishings and very well-equipped kitchen

Things to keep in mind

  • the twin bedroom has hangers for clothes, but no wardrobe or other storage
  • there is a minimum stay of one month and a maximum of four months
  • this apartment is only rented as a whole
