This charming 35m² ground floor, one bedroom, one bathroom flat is a great place to live for someone looking to live in a quieter, greener part of the city. The flat is nextdoor to the Parc Turo de la Peira which offers wonderful views of the city. It has been renovated recently and is kitted out with a new kitchen and bathroom, aswell as offering a spacious living room and all this with utilities included in the price.

What we liked the most

  • The flat has been nicely refurbished with large leather sofas and a modern kitchen and bathroom.
  • A handy laundry/storage room will help you keep the flat organised and free of clutter.
  • Just next to the flat is a beautiful park with amazing views of the city and the Sagrada Familia in particular.

Things to keep in mind

  • The flat is somewhat like a studio apartment as the bedroom has no door and opens out onto the living room, however it is fairly secluded.
  • Being a ground floor interior flat, there is not too much natural light. However it is very quiet and peaceful.
