This lovely 2-bedroom apartment to rent on Carrer de Sardenya is on the 2nd floor. The front door opens into a hallway with lovely flooring, which extends to the spacious and combined living and dining room. The equipped kitchen is to the right of the door. A window overlooks the living room, but otherwise it’s an enclosed space with an added laundry and storage room. The main room is long and has a balcony overlooking the street. One double bedroom has a window. The other has access to the balcony.

Your new apartment is in Poblenou. Everything you need is a walk away. There are three supermarkets within a 5-minute walk, as well as a Japanese grocery store. When you feel like dining out, you don’t have to walk more than 15 minutes for a variety of options. Fitness enthusiasts will enjoy being a couple minutes away from a health center, boxing gym, and massage therapist. There is plenty to entertain in the neighborhood too. Catalunya National Theater is close by and so is La Monumental.
