This stylish 1-bedroom apartment on Avenida del Paralelo, in Sant Antoni, has a spacious living area that opens out onto a balcony. The kitchen in the 80 m² property is fully equipped, and there is 1 modern and beautifully tiled bathroom with a walk-in rain shower. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and has a second balcony.

The apartment enjoys an excellent location, right on one of Barcelona's most important avenues and only 3 minutes from Pl. Espanya. As you can expect from this central area, you will find shops, restaurants, supermarkets and all the essential amenities within walking distance.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment has been beautifully renovated and receives good natural light.
  • There are 2 balconies with street views in the apartment, making it easy to step outside for fresh air.
  • The stylish bathroom looks like something out of an interior design magazine!
  • The kitchen has good bench space to prepare your meals.
  • The spacious living area is furnished with a dining table, sofa and television, creating a comfortable space to unwind at the end of the day.
  • The apartment enjoys an excellent central location, close to several lovely plazas, museums, cafes and restaurants.
