This beautiful 2-bedroom apartment on Carrer de la Diputació in Exiample is 70m², fully furnished and decorated throughout. The living and kitchen area is open plan with a fully equipped kitchen including many appliances, while the living area has a dining table, and a comfortable sofa. The bathroom is fantastic with a large mirror, and a shower/bath. There are two double bedrooms and the main room has a large wardrobe and a desk.

This apartment is located to the west of the city, in a lovely neighborhood with a park just across the road. There are shops, restaurants, and transport options nearby, along with the museum Casa Emili Batlle for your entertainment.

What we liked the most

  • There is an awesome sunny balcony to relax on.
  • There are feature brick walls, which add to the contemporary decor.
  • The beautiful plants throughout keep this apartment looking and feeling fresh.
  • There is AC and heating available in this apartment for comfort all year round.
