This 47 m², 1-bedroom apartment is available for rent in El Raval, Barcelona. There is a cosy living room with a sofa facing a flat-screen satellite TV, and there is a dining table and chairs. The room opens up onto a private terrace with outdoor seating. The kitchen is fully-equipped with cutlery and crockery and also has a microwave and an electric stove. The bedroom has a double bed and a standalone wardrobe, while the bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet.

The apartment is right beside the Liceu Grand Theatre and there are lots of sit-down restaurants and fast food restaurants within a few minutes' walk. The road also leads onto La Rambla, Barcelona's most famous road. Get a drink and watch the world go by.
