This 65 m² stylish 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is for rent on Carrer Pareto in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat. The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook, while both the bedrooms have double beds. The shared bathroom is also well-equipped, and has a shower as well as a large well-lit mirror.

There are a few small parks within a 20-minute walk of this apartment, including Parc de la Font Florida, Parc de l'Alhambra and Jardí dels Drets Human, so you've got plenty of space to relax on a good day. On rainy days you can indulge in some retail therapy at Gran Via 2 shopping mall, or the nearby IKEA.

What we liked the most

  • The large combined living room and kitchen is a great space to sit down for a home cooked meal.
  • There is a standalone wardrobe in each bedroom, so you've got some storage space for your belongings.
  • The apartment is close to public transport, so exploring all of Barcelona's attractions is easy.
  • There is heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
  • This apartment has a balcony which can be accessed through the living room, and is also where you will find the washing machine.

Things to keep in mind
