This bright 1-bedroom apartment on Carrer de Pontevedra, in La Barceloneta, has a gorgeous open plan kitchen and living area with a dining table, sofa, and television. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and there is also a modern bathroom with a shower, toilet, and a large mirror.

The apartment boasts an enviable location, just 2 minutes from the golden sand of La Barceloneta beach. Beautiful Ciutadella Park is also located within walking distance, and you will find plenty of bars, restaurants, and cafes to enjoy right outside your doorstep.

What we liked the most

  • You will live just steps from the beach!
  • The living area and bedroom have windows with lovely street views that let in plenty of natural light.
  • The living area is equipped with air conditioning.
  • The bedroom has a big built-in wardrobe.
  • The kitchen comes with all the equipment you need to cook, including an oven and microwave.
  • The bathroom is stylishly tiled.
  • Clothilde the homecheker told us that she really loved this property.
  • You will find numerous restaurants serving fresh seafood nearby.
  • The Mercat de la Barceloneta is just down the road, making it easy to stock up on fresh produce.

Things to keep in mind

  • The apartment is on the 5th floor, and there is no elevator.
  • There is no dishwasher in the kitchen, but it is otherwise well equipped.
