This modern 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on Carrer de Pontevedra, in La Barceloneta, is beautifully decorated and bright. The stylish open plan kitchen and living area is furnished with dining table for 4 and a sofa, while the bedroom comes with a double bed and offers plenty of storage space.

The apartment boasts an excellent location, just 2 minutes from the beach, and surrounded by bars, restaurants and cafes. This vibrant area offers plenty to see and do, and the Metro stops 10 minutes away to take you to other parts of the city.

What we liked the most

  • You will live just steps from the beach!
  • The charming living area will make a fantastic space to relax at the end of the day.
  • The apartment is in a lively area, but faces a quiet street.
  • The kitchen comes with all the equipment you need to cook, including an oven and microwave.
  • The modern bathroom has a shower, sink, and a large mirror.
  • Clothilde the homecheker told us that she really loved this property.
  • You will find numerous restaurants serving fresh seafood nearby.

Things to keep in mind

  • The apartment is on the 4th floor, and there is no elevator.
  • There is no dishwasher in the kitchen, but it is otherwise well equipped.
