This stylish 1-bedroom apartment on Carrer de Pontevedra, in La Barceloneta, has an open plan kitchen and living area which opens out onto a small balcony with lovely street views. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and there is a modern bathroom with a washing machine.

This vibrant seaside neighbourhood offers plenty to see and do and will make a fantastic place to call home in Barcelona. The beach is just 2 minutes from your front door, and the area is well-connected by public transport to travel around the city.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment receives plenty of natural light.
  • The living area is stylishly furnished, including a sofa, dining table, and television.
  • You will live just steps from La Barceloneta beach, where you can surf, swim, and relax in the sun.
  • The modern kitchen comes with all the equipment you need to cook, including an oven and microwave.
  • There are numerous bars and restaurants nearby.
  • Xavier the homecheker told us that he really loved this property.
