When you're feeling adventurous, feel free to climb the long staircase to this 3rd floor 2-bedroom apartment to rent on Carrer de Martí Molins. Otherwise, take the elevator! Furnishings are fairly contemporary and spaces are large. The kitchen, which is fully equipped, has a bright and fresh vibe. There is a dishwasher, as well as an enclosed balcony, which is used as laundry area with a washing machine. The living room is rather big and also serves as the dining area. It’s furnished with a table and chairs, bookshelves, and a sofa bed, TV and desk with a chair. Similar to the kitchen, the area gets good natural light, although it is a quiet interior view. Both bedrooms have ample storage space, as well access to a shared balcony and there is a full bathroom with a shower, as well as a smaller toilet room.

Sant Andreu is a quiet, community-oriented neighborhood, which is perfect for those who adore a relaxed and lowkey lifestyle. You’ll have to hop on public transit to explore major tourist sights, but you’re well-connected, so this won’t be an issue. Otherwise, you can enjoy the nearby Plaça de Masadas or even the Parc de La Pegaso, when you want to chill out a bit. There is a Corte Ingles outlet nearby, and a couple of supermarkets, including a Condis and Mercadona, which are within a 4-minute walk. There are also a couple of restaurants and a few restaurants, but you’ll really appreciate having a bakery just 2 minutes away from home!

What we liked the most

  • The apartment has an airy, open feel which is relaxing, and both bedrooms have access to the balcony!
  • Shopping is easy, since there are a few supermarkets close by.
  • There is a public library and cultural center within a 7-minute walk.
  • The local football stadium is just 10 minutes away.
