This gorgeous 1-bedroom apartment on Passatge Sert, in El Born, is located in a charming historical building and has been beautifully decorated. The spacious 57 m² property has a modern bathroom and an open plan kitchen and living area with a dining table, sofa and television.

The apartment is centrally located, within walking distance of Ciutadella Park, the Cathedral of Barcelona, and numerous restaurants and tapas bar. This lively area will make a fantastic base to explore Barcelona, with the best the city has to offer right on your doorstep.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment oozes historical charm while offering all the comforts of modern life.
  • Passatge Sert is a cute passage way which is closed off from 11p to 8am, making it very safe.
  • The kitchen comes with all the equipment you need to cook, and is also equipped with a water filter.
  • The apartment enjoys an amazing location!
  • You can walk to the beach in 25 minutes.
  • Clothilde the homecheker told us that she really loved this property.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is no microwave in the kitchen, but there is an oven and stove top.
  • The bedroom has a window, but does not receive much natural light.
